In this case, Gary Leydig represented the purchaser of a large commercial property who was sued by a real estate broker for commissions he alleged he was entitled to on the sale. The trial court entered judgment in favor of Mr. Leydig's client; finding no commissions or fees of any sort were due to the broker.
